4-part series of 90-minute classes focused on Backs & Core: Flexibility, Stability & Strengthening.
Classes will include:
- Grounding/Centering
- Back & Core Strengthening exercises, yoga poses & conditioning movements
- Back & Core Stretches: movements, exercises, poses & conditioning to increase flexibility
- Stretches & Strengthening for Core Stability and Balance
- Fascial Stretching, Releases & Myofascial Movements
- Core Stability exercises - specifically to target all 4 abdominal muscles
- Myofascial Releases and Integration
- Back Stretches and Strengthening (exercises, poses & conditioning)
- Relaxation and Integration time
