LEGS & LOWER BODY - Charlottetown, PE

4-part series of 90-minute classes focused on Legs, Knees & Lower Body - Flexibility, Mobility and Stability. Using Yoga, Fascial Release, Fascial Stretching, Conditioning Movements and Bands - we will work to open, strengthen and stabilize the lower body.
Classes will include:
- Psoas Release/Grounding/Centering
- Strengthening poses, exercises and movements for the Lower Body
- Stability exercises/movements for Ankles and Knees
- Stretches for Legs, Quads, Hamstrings, etc.
- Fascial Stretching, Releases & Myofascial Movements
- Stability & Balance exercises
- Fluid and static movements
- Strengthening and isolation movements for weak areas (esp. the Glutes)
- Relaxation and Integration
