Foggy Thoughts
When we are learning new things – given new information on something we feel we already know – sometimes there can be a ‘heavy fog’ within and around us. We are mired in the comfort of what we think we know, & sometimes closed off to adding new possibilities. Other times, it’s simply an overwhelm of data to take in and process, thus adding to the brain fog we may experience.

Connection is Essential as Humans
Many years ago, my Philosophy teacher said those words. Even in my confusion, I wrote them down. My inner voice was yelling, “What!”
My teacher went on to say that when we meet other people, in our suspicions and insecurities, we put up walls to protect our fragile egos and truly believe that we are nothing like those outside of ourselves. We hide behind our insecurities and justify staying clear of ‘those’ people.
